Capenhurst Nuclear Services CNS A URENCO Group subsidiary was formed 30/11/12 as a tenant on the UUK licensed site. The majority of CNS Radiation Workers were TUPE transferred from Sellafield Limited Capenhurst on 30/11/12.
Enrichment Technology (ET UK) Limited - ET UK, a subsidiary of Enrichment Technology Company (ETC) was formed on 1/10/03. ETC was a subsidiary of the URENCO Group until 2006 and since 2006 has been an independent joint venture of URENCO and Areva. For the purposes of the Compensation Scheme ET UK (based on the UUK nuclear licensed site) is classed as a subsidiary company of UUK. Other ETC subsidiaries are not classed as subsidiaries for the purposes of CSRLD.
URENCO ChemPlants (UCP) UCP, a subsidiary of the URENCO Group was formed on 1/7/07 and is based on the UUK nuclear licensed site. All UCP Radiation Workers continued to be UUK employees until their TUPE transfer on 1/1/10.
